less than 60 days before session $499

Sale Session
same schedule of fees as regular priced session + balance of regularly priced session retainer

Any other appointment:
$200 per reschedule

Cancellation Fees:
Regularly Priced Session
90+ days before session $50 cancellation fee
less than 90 days before session $100 cancellation fee
less than 60 days before session $200 cancellation fee
less than 45 days before session $300 cancellation fee
less than 30 days before session $400 cancellation fee

Sale Session
same schedule of cancellation fees as regular priced session + remainder of regularly priced session retainer

Any other appointment:
$200 per appointment

THE CLIENT agrees that if they cancel the session before it is completed, the retainer and all additional payments are void and not valid as a credit towards any other sessions or products.

THE CLIENT understands the reschedule/cancellation policy listed above and agrees their card on file will be charged automatically if they reschedule/cancel per the schedule of fees listed above.

If a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, it is considered a cancellation
