5 Ways to Implement Self Love into Your Everyday Life

Spend time with yourself

Take some time away from scrolling through instagram and tiktok, always being
connected can become draining after a while, and it’s important to remember that your
self care needs are important too.

Try putting the phone down and taking a walk outside, doing some guided meditations,
taking a bubble bath, working on a mindfulness journal, taking up knitting, or signing up

Stop Comparing Yourself to Others

It’s easy to look at someone else’s life, outfit, body shape, hair, whatever and think “I
wish i had that” We do this as a way of defining ourselves, trying to figure out who we
are by focusing on what we lack.
Surround yourself with positive people, focus on your strengths, and if you are unhappy
learn to compete with yourself instead of those around you. Practice gratitude, and
participate enthusiastically in the successes of others.

from a super long day at work.

Learning how to love yourself is a process, seeing countless photos of “ideal women” on

photos of yourself where you feel confident). Follow social media accounts that will flood your feed with positivity and kindness.

No Negative self talk or self limiting beliefs

Negative self talk even in our head is so damaging to our confidence and self esteem.
You wouldn’t allow anyone else to speak down to you, you don’t deserve the abuse from
yourself either. The most common self limiting beliefs and phrases are “im not good
enough. I’m not smart enough. I can’t do this.” change the way you talk to yourself, and
your body will thank you.
