Today we’re featuring Jessica, a stunning woman I photographed in July down at our Atlantic City, NJ location. This boudoir session was particularly special, as Jessica did this session for herself!
As you can see, Jessica is incredibly beautiful, but she is so much more than her beauty. Jess loves travel, visiting local breweries, spending time with her super adorable fur babies (see them HERE!), and has a self proclaimed super power of tasting aspartame or sucralose in drinks! (Clearly, she also has a great sense of humor!)
Her makeup was done by Kayla of Level Up Makeup, who did an impeccable job, as always! Jess said, “She’s legit the best. I rarely wear makeup but asked what she used on my eyes because I want to learn. I was so in love with the wing.“
Once Jess was finished getting pampered and perfected, we walked out to the beach for her session. We asked Jess to describe her experience, in her own words:
“INCREDIBLE! I had the best time. Was not expecting it to be that fun because I was so nervous going into the session. Adrian was able to bring out my personality and comfort and just have a blast. [My favorite part of the session was] when Adrian was in the sand with me and making me laugh. That’s my personality. I’m not a sexual person. But she captured a sexy side I didn’t know I had. And she never said ‘be sexy.'”
We asked her if she was nervous prior to our session, which is common for many of our clients, and if she had any advice for future clients and she said, “Absolutely [I was nervous]. I am just your average girl next door, not a model. Once we got to the beach and Adrian showed me the kind of things she wanted and rolled around in the sand with me and my comfort level went through the roof.”
We had such a FUN photography session, seriously we were all rolling around in the sand and laughing together the whole time, we asked Jess to share a little bit of advice for others considering a boudoir photography session. Here’s what she had to say:
“Do this for you. Just go for it. Your natural beauty will shine through. I was take aback by the shots Adrian captured. But they looked like me. It was so natural. Definitely will do this again.”
