The first part of the photography experience with Adrian Rowan Photography is a one on one, in person consultation.
This is when I get to know you better. We’ll meet in-person to discuss your vision and go over all the details to prepare — location, OUTFITS, and hair and makeup. We’ll plan and design your session so it’s customized to your personality and preferences.
All your questions will be answered so you are confident and ready for your photography session.
After the consultation, I’ll email you Styling Tips and a Session Guide which includes helpful information, especially pertaining to clothing, we discussed during the consult. You’ll have it to reference and help you prepare.
I will also send you a personalized, private Pinterest board filled with inspiration and ideas. Definitely pin your own looks, makeup, and styles to this board! Both myself and my makeup artist have access to this board so we are all on the same page for your vision.
I am also available for personal styling and shopping sessions in our lingerie boutique House of Rowan.
Boudoir photography is not about how much or how little skin you show… It’s about exuding confidence and capturing that vibe in a portrait. I use the term “boudoir” because it’s the commonly known term and easily searchable.
My interpretation of boudoir can be described as an intimate portrait. Intimate meaning the portrait delves beneath the service and shows a side of you that not everyone sees. Sometimes we forget what makes us unique. We forget to see ourselves as the magnificent and awe inspiring creature others see. I like to get to know each and every client and show that self in every image we create together.
