Today we bring you Victoria, whose favorite hobbies include self-pampering and hanging out with her family and friends! Victoria booked a boudoir session for no one but herself, and we are loving it.
Victoria met us in the South Jersey photography studio on the morning of her boudoir session and first sat down for two whole hours of pampering with one of our incredible hair and makeup artists, Kat. Victoria didn’t have a specific vibe in mind for the day which is totally fine – our clients don’t have to theme their sessions – so Kat gave Victoria a soft, sexy, natural look which she loved. “[Kat was] very down to earth and did an amazing job with soft curls and [a] natural look for makeup.” Your look doesn’t have to be over-the-top to be gorgeous and sexy.
After Victoria was finished being pampered, it was time to slip into her first outfit of the day. She brought three gorgeous bodysuits for her session – lilac, teal, and black – all from Victoria’s Secret.
While Victoria couldn’t pinpoint one specific thing she was nervous about leading up to her boudoir session, the fact that it was her very first time doing boudoir was enough to leave her feeling a little unsettled – and that’s totally normal! That’s precisely why we meet with our clients beforehand to make sure they know what to expect on their big day.

As for her favorite part of her session, Victoria told us it was “learning the poses.” Adrian demonstrates every pose before putting a client into one, and she is sure to ask about any physical limitations beforehand. Your boudoir session should feel comfortable and empowering.
As for anyone else considering pressing the “book” button on their own boudoir session, Victoria said she “highly recommends” going for it. “[It’s the] biggest boost of self-confidence and self-love you can gain!”
