Today we bring you Samantha, another House of Rowan VIP back for her third boudoir session with Adrian! Samantha loves reading, gaming, cooking, crafting, and doing yoga. After several sessions and no end in sight, Samantha says boudoir has likely become a yearly gift to herself.
Samantha joined us in the South Jersey photography studio the morning of her session and jumped into hair and makeup with Jeanine. The vibe this time around was edgy vixen with all things fishnet, and Samantha feels Jeanine nailed the look she was hoping for. “She did a great job – she listened to the vibe I was going for and made me look like a total vixen.”
For her boudoir session, Samantha brought an underwire bra by Fox & Royal to pair with a black thong from Lane Bryant, fishnet stockings from Shein and a fishnet top from Leg Avenue. After a few shots in the first edgy look, Samantha stripped down for some topless photos in a teal robe she picked from the abundance of “murder robes” we have in the studio: luxurious, flowy, perfect for denying any involvement in that man’s death. Our robes pair perfectly with the new Victorian-inspired set in the studio! While Samantha looked amazing in all her looks, she admits she was nervous about her first time adding a thong to the mix. “This session was the first time I tried a thong panty – I usually go a lot more full coverage, so I was a bit nervous. Totally worth it for those booty shots though! I was also worried about ripping the fishnets, so I brought way more pairs than I needed to. [But] once I got in front of the camera I was absolutely at ease and had an excellent time.”
Whether it’s your first boudoir session with Adrian or she knows your booty like the back of her hand, the same level of pampering and attention to detail goes: check-ins leading up to the big day, demonstration of poses during your session, and the chance to try something new. Multiple boudoir sessions give clients the chance to explore different personas, and what could be more fun than that?
“My session experience was fabulous as usual! This was my third session so I knew what to expect but Adrian was still super thorough, asked about any physical limitations that may have come up since my last shoot. We tried some new poses that I hadn’t done before and she demonstrated them for me and always made sure I was comfortable. I loved getting to use the new Victorian couch setup and use one of the “murder robes” for the first time!”
For anyone on the fence about booking their own boudoir session, Samantha promises it’s a surefire boost of confidence. “DO IT! This was my third session with Adrian, and I’ve definitely seen major long-lasting improvements with my self-confidence and self-image from the time I started working with Adrian in 2020 to now.” The opportunity to empower our clients is exactly why we do what we do.
